I wasn’t sure exactly what to expect from the session but I found it very informative and came away with some very helpful and interesting insights. Abhi has a huge depth of knowledge so is a great resource. He was able to give tips related to the energetic body, physical body, emotions, and so much more. I definitely recommend and felt in knowledgeable hands for this session.

Abhi holds such a gentle yet firm presence. There is a steadiness to the way he supports you that makes you feel held and respected, while still encouraging you to move forward when you need it.

What I value most about him is the combination of intuition, knowledge and genuine care he brings to his work. He has a way of taking things that can feel confusing, intimidating or even a little taboo and explaining them in such a clear and grounded way. There is a depth behind what he teaches, rooted in traditional teachings and his understanding of different disciplines, but he makes it all feel very human and accessible.

He also brought something into my experience of energy work that I hadn’t really known before: joy. Laughter, lightness and play became part of the process. Something that had once felt quite heavy and frightening gradually became something I could feel curious about and enjoy again.

And his mentorship goes beyond the teachings themselves. There have been moments when I felt stuck or unsure of my direction, and Abhi was able to offer very practical, grounded guidance while still encouraging me to continue exploring and developing the parts of myself that mattered to me.
